The client is a government corporation formed in 1968, providing industrial real estate solutions and services. It plays the role of a lead agency in Singapore to plan, promote and develop a dynamic industrial landscape in support of the nation’s advancement.

Client Requirement

The client required a solution on plans endorsement processes for better tracking and reduction of turnaround time and costs. The old system was required to be revamped using .NET in order to streamline and improve the workflow of these system processes with the inclusion of enhanced features.

Solution Overview

EPIC is a web-based application designed to facilitate the plan endorsements operation

• Streamlining the tracking process to provide more visibility of the available resources
• Integration of client's existing systems (Platinum, SEDNA, e-Cream, Lotus Notes, SMS and Active Directory) for the centralisation of storage of plans for ease of searching and for retrieval or presentation of information
• Enhancement o the reports and reminder letter generation
• Integration with BCA-CORENET system for e-submissions processing and update of statuses to CORENET system
