Client Requirements
The client runs several Student Service Centres (SSC) at various places in Singapore whose primary activities are to manage library facilities and conduct various student related programmes. All information is required to be synchronised at HQ.
Solution Overview
A system to track the books outflow and inflow, books stock in the library and enable the users to design their own programs as per the activity.
The System has the following Main Modules:
- Members Management including tracking of membership fees
- Library Management to track borrowing and returning of books
- Programme & Activities Management with activity attendance
- Members' Registration for activities
- Common payment module for Membership, Library & Activities
- Integration to internal finance system
- Synchronisation of all SSC information at HQ
