Bobby Choonavala - Chairman, Advisory Board

With a career spanning 40 years, Bobby is a veteran in the Information Technology industry. He spent most of his working life with Digital Equipment Corporation in senior executive positions in Europe, Asia and the United States.

He later joined the Iomega Corporation as their Asia Pacific Vice President and was responsible for building its distribution channel throughout the region. From 2000-2007 Bobby was CEO of Twinwood Engineering Ltd, a listed company in Singapore, where he led the effort to build a new IT business. In recent years, he has been mentoring a number of start ups, in some of which he has investments. He has extensive experience in all operational aspects, especially sales and marketing, of technology companies and is well-networked in the Asia Pacific IT community.

Dr. Juzar Motiwalla – Member, Advisory Board

Juzar Motiwalla is a well known Technology veteran and serves on the Advisory Board of several technology companies with global footprints.

He was Partner - Investments at Green Dot Capital where he was responsible for global venture capital investments. Prior to that Juzar was the Chief Executive Officer of Kent Ridge Digital Labs (KRDL), a 350 person high-tech laboratory. KRDL incubated 15 start up companies in Asia and Silicon Valley. He also spearheaded the development of several multi-year international R&D partnerships with Apple, HP, IBM, Ericsson and Johns Hopkins. These partnerships were in the areas of mobile wireless, information security, language processing, speech and handwriting recognition and medical imaging. Several commercial products emerged from this work.
 
Juzar has been on the International Executive Councils of several professional associations and for eight years was a Board Member of Singapore's National Computer Board.
 
He holds an MSc and PhD from the University of Wisconsin.



Neoh K. C. – Member, Advisory Board

An accomplished international business leader, Mr Neoh has over 25 years’ experience in business and organisational transformations in Asia Pacific region.
 
He started his professional career with Accenture Australia and has also worked with IBM as Head of IBM Consulting Group ASEAN and was the CEO of Atos Origin for Asia Pacific. In 2008, he founded Catalyst Asia Pte Ltd, a company which focuses on strategic consultancy and venture investments.
 
Mr. Neoh is also serving as Managing Partner and Board Director for several companies. He has served as Board Advisor, Speaker and Panelist on management topics in several Business Week forums such as President Forum, CEO forums etc. He is a member of the MOE organised “2009-2010 COMPASS Advisory Council” as well as the Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association.

His work experience spans Australia, United States, Latin America, Europe and most countries in Asia Pacific. He has had extensive experience in managing businesses in India and China.
 
He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the Macquarie University (Australia). He has also attended executive management courses at London Business School (UK) and IMD (Switzerland).
