Company Profile

Emerio, an NTT Communications Company, is a technology services and outsourcing company. With deep industry knowledge, business process expertise, global resources and proven track record, we deploy the right people, skills and technologies to help clients improve their performance. We help organisations achieve consistent quality and operational cost reductions through optimised service delivery models and process improvements. Emerio offers cutting-edge solutions in the areas of Application Services, Infrastructure Services and Business Process Outsourcing.

Since our inception in 1997, some of the world's leading companies across industry verticals have leveraged Emerio's globally networked delivery model to maximise their returns. Our track record of successful deliveries has been the single pivotal factor for our growth – reflected in our customer retention track record.

Capitalising on our strength of successful delivery models, we inaugurated our Global Delivery Centre based out of Cyberjaya in Malaysia in 2008. Christened ‘KAGAYAKI’ – a Japanese word meaning ‘sparkling’- the environmentally aligned campus is built over a land area of 5.1 acres. The 800 seater edifice, right at the nucleus of the Multimedia Super Corridor, translates to a capacity of 3000 shifts on a 24x7 mode.

The 100,000 square-foot centre houses:

  • State-of-the-art facilities for Remote Infrastructure and Application Management Services
  • R&D labs and Centres of Excellence (CoE)
  • Chill-out spaces, a gym, recreational areas and a multi-purpose sports facilities.

Emerio has a significant client base not only in Singapore, but in the region. Moreover Emerio’s Singapore presence is further bolstered by éHUB, a global shared services hub with a capacity of 320 people working on a 24x7 basis. The new facility houses Emerio’s Shared Services, namely Infrastructure Services, Applications Services and BPO Services.

éHUB has also attracted great interest from foreign companies attracted to Singapore for its strong IP protection and as a result considering Singapore as a delivery location. For such companies, éHUB is proving to be a great showcase of the Singapore story and a perfect launch-pad for their regional foray with minimisation of risks normally associated with new market entry.

By augmenting delivery capabilities, Emerio is enabling a larger section of Singapore businesses to reap the benefits of a robust, shared-services model.

Today Emerio is supported by over 1,400 employees spread across 14 countries with delivery centers in Malaysia, Singapore, The Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.
