As CEO, Harish has founded and spearheaded Emerio since 1997 from a one–man start up to an organisation with over 1,400 employees.
He has been honored at several forums for his entrepreneurship – he is the recipient of the SICCI Indian Entrepreneur Award 2009 for Large Enterprises, the ASME’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2005 and Singapore Government’s Spirit of Enterprise Award 2004.
Harish is a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Management and holds a degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Shingo Kishimoto has been seconded to Emerio as Executive Vice President and Member of the Company Board of Directors. He will help in the post-merger integration and play a pivotal role in growing Emerio’s remote infrastructure support business.
Prior to this role, he was Vice President, Server Management Services Division (IT Services Business Division). He has been with NTT Com since 2004 and his previous roles include Vice President, Hosting Services Department and Director, Business Planning Department.
Prior to joining NTT, Mr. Kishimoto was employed with HP, Japan from 1980 to 2002 and with Heidelberg, Japan from 2002 to 2004.
He has a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from Musashi Institute of Technology, Japan.
As Sr. Vice President, Arun heads Outsourcing Operations and has been responsible for Emerio’s global Managed Services delivery besides being involved in establishing Emerio's delivery centres in Malaysia and Philippines.
Arun has over fourteen years of international experience in the IT industry in Singapore, Malaysia, the Middle East, USA and India.
Arun is a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Trinity College, USA.
Chi Hoe heads Finance and is responsible for the group’s strategic financial management and corporate finance.
Chi Hoe has over eleven years of post qualification experience and a proven track record in cost reduction, tax planning, process re-engineering, financing and working capital management.
He is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Graduate School of Business, UK.
Gita is the Operations Head in Indonesia and has been the key driver of Emerio’s growth in the country and has been responsible for key client acquisitions including one of Indonesia’s leading banks.
Gita has over fifteen years of experience in banking and led stellar growth at a subsidiary of one of India’s largest banks. She has also worked in private equity and has managed investments across a variety of industries.
Gita is a post-graduate from Indian Institute of Management and also holds a US CPA degree.
As Executive Director, Sathish heads Managed Services and is responsible for driving the growth of the combined suite of offerings in the areas of Infrastructure Management, Applications Management and Application Services in the areas of MS-CRM, Oracle, Java, SAP and SAS.
Sathish has over nineteen years of experience in the Managed Services domain and has excelled in building and strengthening the Managed Services business and service delivery in Emerio.
He is a post-graduate in the field of Marketing and holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
In his role as Sr. Vice President, Manogar is responsible for overseeing Group Corporate Services, Group HR, Group Quality, Group IT, Corporate Planning and CSR. He is also responsible for the growth of system solutions pertaining to integration, migration, enhancement and maintenance.
Manogar has over twenty years of experience including 12 years in Emerio. His multiple engagements at Emerio have impacted the company’s growth substantially.
He is a post-graduate from University of Birmingham and holds a degree in Engineering from University of Madras.
As Managing Director Philippines, Nanda, heads operations in Philippines and oversees strategic client acquisition and management as well as directs overall growth of Emerio in the country.
With over twenty two years of experience in managing end-to-end IT support functions and delivery, Nanda has a strong foundation in ITIL processes and has very effectively implemented and enhanced support processes aligned with the ITIL framework.
He is a post-graduate from University of Madras, India and holds a degree in Economics.
As Sr. Vice President, Stella heads the Finance department in Singapore, oversees the overall operations of the accounts and administration departments and is also responsible for financial reporting and analysis.
She has over seventeen years of experience in the fields of finance and has been with Emerio since its inception.
Stella holds a degree in Science from National University of Singapore (NUS).
Vishal heads the Software Services team and drives the growth of offerings that address companies’ need of customised, comprehensive and scalable software solutions.
He has over sixteen years of working experience and has demonstrated expertise in enterprise solution sales, account management, program management and delivery management.
Vishal holds a degree in Computer Engineering.
